DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

At this time, andresotalora.us exclusively ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping through this storefront. For international orders, please visit our international website.

Shipping fees and available options will be provided at checkout based on the delivery destination. Pre-orders will ship according to the specific details listed on the applicable product page.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, all risk of loss and title for the products passes to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment through the courier’s website or by logging into your account on our site.

DELIVERY AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct (including apartment numbers, zip codes, and necessary abbreviations).

Failed Delivery: If the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Refused Shipments: If a delivery is refused or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.

We are not liable for delays or complications resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout or the carrier's inability to complete delivery.

TAXES AND SALES TAX

SHIPPING CHARGES
